Yesterday, Ether hit record highs above $630 and has now climbed over $100 in value, in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, the main US online exchange that trades Ethereum, Coinbase, continues to have major issues. As the Bitcoin futures were rolled out this past Sunday evening, the exchange had yet another system halt as it wasn’t able to handle the amount of traffic it was receiving and kicked it’s members out to ‘upgrade’ the system.

Despite the major exchange issues, ETH continues to rise and some analysts believe it could reach over $1,000, before the new year.
